SiteReadyZM was founded in Kitwe, on the Copperbelt, after one too many conversations
with business owners who had been quoted six figures and six months for a website — or who had paid
someone and ended up with a slow, templated page that did nothing. The gap was obvious: Zambian businesses
didn't need agency theatre. They needed a fast, good-looking site that brings enquiries and orders,
at a price that makes sense in kwacha, delivered by people who pick up the phone.
So we built the studio we wished existed. Small, senior, and obsessed with speed — speed of
the websites we ship, and speed of shipping them. Our first clients were local: a restaurant, a hardware
supplier, a fundraiser. Word travelled the way it does in Zambia — through WhatsApp groups and referrals.
Today our work spans a Zambian-owned civil engineering contractor taken from invisible to tender-ready
in under a week, a solar & electrical supplier whose WhatsApp-wired store took orders in its first
week, a Lusaka perfume boutique turning TikTok traffic into same-day orders, and a Mufulira kitchen
whose menu now books tables while the pots are on.
We've stayed deliberately lean. No account managers reading from scripts. When you work with
SiteReadyZM, you work with the designers and developers doing the work. That's how a demo lands in your
hands 48 hours after the brief — and how "these guys understand business, not just design" ended up in
a client review.
Mission
Put every serious Zambian business online — properly —
with a website that pays for itself before the invoice is even due.
Properly means: fast on a mid-range Android and a rural network.
Clear in plain English. Beautiful enough to win tenders and impress first dates with customers.
And wired to WhatsApp and mobile money, because that's how Zambia actually buys.
